Scope Logic recognised as a Platinum partner in the 8×8 Open Channel
8×8 has expanded its Open Channel Program to include partners from New Zealand and Australia.The program, which currently includes more than 1000 partners worldwide, enables partners to grow sales of 8×8’s portfolio enterprise communications platform, known as the 8×8 Open Communications Platform.
The 8×8 Open Communications Platform brings together voice, team chat, meetings, and contact centre solutions fuelled by shared intelligent communications services like AI-driven expert routing and predictive analytics.
According to 8×8 senior vice president and global channel chief John DeLozier, partners have been instrumental in helping businesses to transform their digital workplaces, particularly as those businesses move on-premise communications and customer engagement to the cloud.
Further, the 8×8 Open Communications Platform provides secure, scalable, and extensible capabilities that are required for organisations to create unique employee and customer experiences at scale.

The 8×8 Open Channel Program brings all the company’s channel efforts under one enhanced partner program. It offers new performance-based tiers for Master Agents, Sub Agents and VARs, plus an Authorised level to give new partners an accelerated entrance into the program.
8×8 states that the new program offers:
