Situation:
A new start up required a corporate network that would support them in their early setup phase and also provide a good base to start rolling out some of their business strategy.
The client required high availability of remote access to company files and email from numerous locations.
Solution:
Scope Logic selected, configured and installed a complete network for the group, rolling out a handheld solution to enable on demand access to emails and wireless broadband cards to enable access from the laptops. Scope Logic technicians configured the server to allow mobile users to connect through Virtual Private Networks to access files and folders whilst on the road.
With members of staff in multiple states mobile users where joined to the network using Scope Logic’s Remote Help Desk. Scope Logic’s Remote Support enable’s our technicians to offer support to mobile users whilst they are on the road where ever they have internet access.
After the network was installed Scope Logic initiated its Managed Services Agreement to monitor and support the network and its users.
