Situation:
The recently listed exploration company was having major issues with the stability and reliability of its network, unable to consistently access company information whilst out of the office and not getting satisfactory resolutions from its current IT support provider. The resources sector corporation contacted Scope Logic to resolve their problems.
Solution:
Scope Logic Engineers audited the network, computers, laptops, server and software providing a detailed network map and catalogued all equipment and software. From the network audit all issues were identified and a timeline was put together for the implementation of recommendations to stabilise the network and improve the availability of company resources to mobile staff members.
After all recommendations had been rolled out and the client was happy that the network was stable and available to all users, they requested to move onto Scope Logics Managed Services Agreement to monitor and maintain the network and a Help Desk Agreement to offer support to its users.
